There goes THAT month, wow.
We've been busy working towards the end of Brandon's adoption adventure... we still have one more glop of paperwork to sign and one more attorney to talk to, but they are saying his FINAL adoption date should be August 1st! fiiiinally.
We've also been busy just trying to keep up with these growing kiddos.
Brandon is talking like a champ now, and I will find myself having ridiculous conversations with him randomly throughout the day.
(And then I wonder why I feel insane by bedtime).
"What do you mean, where did the monkey go? I don't know Brandon, go find him" and "Yes daddy went to work. No he's not bringing food back, he went to WORK, not the store."
"Oh you're going bye-bye with Captain Hook? Good boy, bring me back some treasure ok kid?"
"Oh you're going bye-bye with Captain Hook? Good boy, bring me back some treasure ok kid?"
All day I hear, "Mommy, look! look! look! mom! mom! moooommmm! looook!"
me- "Yes Brandon I'm looking, what?"
"Mom! mom moooommy... Kitty go?"
then we just start over... "I don't know where the kitty went. he ran away from you Brandon, go play with something else!"
...you get it.
My almost-4month old baby, has also decided that sleeping is for babies*.
*she does not apply.

In between nap times and snack times, I've been working on my little stay-at-home business.
I think it'll all be ready to launch the first week of June and I'm getting pretty excited to "work" again!
With both kids taking naps at separate times, I'm starting to realize this will be a lot harder than I imagined in the beginning.
But you've gotta do what you gotta do!
I don't want to go to work just to pay for daycare, but if I don't work, we'll be stuck in one place forever. Blah.
Yeah, It's no small task having 2 kids, but it's so nice to have another creative outlet besides big, fat, toddler crayons!!

I'm just waiting on a couple minor details (like the labels), and hoping to be ready for orders the first week of June.
